Zephira.ai gives businesses fast, reliable access to verified company data, ownership records, and financial filings sourced directly from official registries worldwide. Our platform lets you search company information, confirm the people and structures behind a business, and stay informed about the partners you already work with.
2. The information we collect
As the data controller, Zephira.ai processes the following personal information when you use our website and services:
- Full name
- Email address
- Country
- Billing address
- Account identifier (User ID)
- Payment transaction reference
3. How and why we use your data
To fulfil our agreement with you, we process the following when you create an account, place an order, or use our services:
- Full name – so we can identify you and manage your orders correctly.
- Email address – to reply to your messages and keep you informed about your account and orders.
- Country – required for accurate invoicing.
- Billing address – required for accurate invoicing.
- Payment transaction reference – shared with our payment processor to confirm and complete your payment.

5. Data retention periods
Account records are kept for three years following your last login, reflecting our legitimate interest in preserving account continuity in case you return after a period of inactivity.
Financial and billing records (invoices, contracts) are kept for 6 years to meet statutory accounting obligations.
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until the service is discontinued or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
