One check is a single API call that returns all available data for one company: registry information (legal name, registration number, address, status), firmographic data (industry, employee count, description, website), financial data (turnover, assets, liabilities), directors & shareholders, and digital insights. You are not charged separately for each data type.

All plans include REST API access with two limits. A daily cap: 300 calls/day on Starter, 600 on Pro, 1,200 on Business, 4,000 on Scale, and a custom figure on Enterprise. And a per-minute burst limit: 30, 100, 300, 600, and up to 6,000 respectively.

If you hit a limit the API returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header — nothing is charged and no data is lost. Daily counters reset at 00:00 UTC. Full documentation at zephira.ai/api/.

Starter suits evaluation and low-volume manual checks. Pro fits a compliance team running daily onboarding. Business is the entry point for embedding data in your own product, since it carries resale rights. Scale is built for production screening at volume — 10,000 checks a month at ten cents each.

Monitoring is available on the Business, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Put a company under monitoring and we track its registry record for changes — status, address, directors, shareholders, group structure, and newly filed financials — then notify you when something moves.

Alerts are delivered by webhook or email. Monitoring a company does not consume your monthly check allowance; only the initial lookup does.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the pro-rated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Additional checks are charged at a per-check rate. You'll receive a notification before you hit your limit, and you can upgrade at any time to avoid overage charges.
