What is a full company profile?
A full company profile is one API call that returns all available data for a single company: registry information (legal name, registration number, address, status), firmographic data (industry, employee count, description, website), financial data (turnover, assets, liabilities), directors & shareholders, and digital insights (traffic sources, bounce rate, etc.).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you're charged the pro-rated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly profile limit?
If you exceed your plan's monthly limit, additional profiles are charged at a per-call rate. You'll receive a notification before you hit your limit. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to avoid overage charges.
Is the data sourced directly from government registries?
Yes. Zephira.ai connects directly to official government registries across 150+ countries. We do not rely on third-party data aggregators or cached secondary sources. Every data point is registry-verified, timestamped, and audit-ready.
How does the 15% annual discount work?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront at a 15% reduced rate. The Pro plan drops from $199/month to $169/month — saving you $360 per year. Annual plans are billed as a single annual payment.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. You get 3 free searches to test the platform with real data before committing. No credit card required. Contact us to discuss a full trial with higher limits.
What countries and data types are covered?
Zephira covers 150+ countries with company registry data. Financial data is available for jurisdictions with mandatory public filing requirements, primarily Europe, UK, and APAC. Full details on our Data Coverage page.
Is there an API? What are the rate limits?
All plans include REST API access. Rate limits are 30 calls/min (Starter), 100 calls/min (Pro), 300 calls/min (Business), and up to 6,000 calls/min (Enterprise). Full documentation at zephira.ai/api/.
Can I resell or embed Zephira data in my product?
Yes. Resale rights are included in the Business plan, allowing you to integrate, display, or resell the data as part of your own product or service. Starter and Pro plans are for internal use only. Enterprise plans include custom white-label options.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support bank transfer and invoicing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
